Festival Training & Workshops: January 11th -18th, 2025
Rest Day: January 15th & 24th
Daily Schedule:
Yoga: 7:30 am–8 am
Depth Session: 8:30 am–12:00pm
Work shop: 1:30pm – 3:15pm
Pool Training: 3.30 pm–5:30 pm
Group Dinner: 7 pm
Nothing is mandatory. You can come to whichever sessions you want to.
You can take any Molchanovs Freediving Course (Wave 1 -3) during the festival. If you finish one you can start your next level course too!
There are a total of 7 line training days. You can choose to do courses, train, or have a photoshoot.
Every day we will have a workshop led by an expert in that field. Some of the popular workshops include;

First as scuba instructor then as a professional photographer on the Great Barrier Reef to now running a freediving club in the beautiful Costal town of Uvita, South Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, you can learn to freedive during the festival. It’s an even better way to learn for beginners than taking your typical 2-day course.
We ask for at least a 20% deposit to confirm your spot. The balance should be paid 2 weeks before the event.
You can also just pay in full when booking. Let us know what works for you.
We will send you a payment link to pay with a card.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event we cannot issue a refund. If you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice we can either give you a refund or use the payment for a future event.

We will have limited gear available to lend out to those who are traveling and don’t have room for gear. Just let us know what you need beforehand to make sure it’s available.
Each instructor can have up to 4 students in a class. However, we try to limit this to 3 students per instructor. This gives the students enough one-on-one time to learn everything needed for the course or training session.
