During the PADI Freediving Instructor Course there is a series of training sessions. Every day we will start with a mobility and breathing session led by the candidates The first 2 days are personal technique evaluations in the pool and open water. There are 8 classroom knowledge development sessions, 2 pool skills demonstration sessions, and 2 open water skills demonstrations.
Once you sign up for your course you gain access to all the digital materials. You can start the online theory course at your leisure in your own home.
During your training sessions, we like to take photos and or video for you. Ask about pricing and availability.
To get the certification, one must do free immersion and bifins down to 24 meters (about 78 feet).
To learn the intermediate techniques for freediving we will send you a manual for you to study before you come.
You can either use your own gear or use our equipment. Price for using our equipment is included in the price, nothing extra.
Depending on time of the year, each instructor can have up to 4 students in a class. This gives the students enough one on one time to learn everything needed for the course.
