You will need to read over the manual we send you and take the online course. If you feel ready you can take the online exam as well.
You should also be well rested, hydrated, and ready to learn!

The courses are very similar at each level in terms of structure and time spent in water. The main differences are the following;
- PADI course requirements are generally a bit easier
- Molchanovs includes the “No Fins” Discipline in all courses
- Molchanovs Courses come with a training program to continue training on your own time after the course at no additional cost.
We typically recommend PADI courses to students who dont have a lot of experience in water, with a PADI scuba diving background, or just wanting to try it as recreation.
Those students who are comfortable in the water and want to train freediving as a sport we recommend Molchanovs Freediving Courses
You can either use your own gear or use our equipment. Price for using our equipment is included in the price, nothing extra.
Each instructor can have up to 4 students in a class. However we try to limit this to 3 students per instructor. This gives the students enough one on one time to learn everything needed for the course or training session.
Swim wear, refillable water bottle, towel, and reef-safe sunscreen.
We will add the level 1 course to your training package at an additional cost.
We are willing to work with you and customize a training package to your time or financial restraints. It’s best to have a call in order to understand how we can best help you.
