Wave 3 is our advanced freediving course. Those that are looking for a challenge getting to greater depths and longer breaths, this is the perfect course. Before Wave 3 you need a level 2 certification or equivalent. As we go deeper into the ocean, the relaxation ability becomes even greater. The light begins to fade, and we get into a very strong meditative state. Truly a course to write home about.

Don't have your own equipment yet or you didn't travel with it? No problem, use our name brand equipment during your course. If you like it and want to purchase it new or pre-order you own equipment let us know!
During the wave 3 freediving course, there is a series of training sessions. We have a theory review, 1 dry breathing session, equalization review, 1 pool session, and 4 open water session.
Once you sign up for your course you gain access to all the digital materials. You can start the online theory course at your leisure in your own home.
During your training sessions, we like to take photos and or video for you. Ask about pricing and availability.
Once certified you gain access to Molchanovs “Base Training” Program. Includes training for the following; Dry, HIT, EQ, pool, open water, mental, mobility, lung stretching.
To get the certification, one must do free immersion and bifins down to 24 meters (about 78 feet).
To learn the intermediate techniques for freediving we will send you a manual for you to study before you come.
You can either use your own gear or use our equipment. Price for using our equipment is included in the price, nothing extra.
Depending on time of the year, each instructor can have up to 4 students in a class. This gives the students enough one on one time to learn everything needed for the course.
